As you send us the design drawing, our structural engineer will reconfirm with you the size and material of the box. There is a difference between the perfect design drawing and the printed output. Edges, corners, folds, material thicknesses and new printing methods can all create new challenges to your perfect designs. Our structural engineers communicate with you based on years of experience in packaging production and come up with viable printing solutions.
When you require a more detailed color than CMYK, we recommend you opt for spot color printing. The Pantone option prints with a dedicated ink and maintains a higher consistency of color during the printing process. If you require Pantone printing, we can offer you 100% spot color printing. Otherwise, we recommend that you opt for CMYK printing, as it reproduces colors perfectly and is more affordable.
A unique design can add points to the look of a packaging box! We can offer foil stamping or silver stamping on the box and have a wider choice of options, such as glossy/matt varnish, glossy/matt lamination, silver foil stamping, spot UV, embossed, etc. If you want a unique process added to your packaging, please let us know before confirming your drawings!
