Recommend / Confirm Structure & Material
When we receive the sample from you ( or if you provide enough detailed data), we will suggest a feasible box type reference based on your brand, product, and our previous production cases. (Click to know more about structure design) If you have precise requirements, we will also confirm whether we can suggest changes.
As usual, packaging experts will assess the feasibility of box structures and materials for production. With experience, the commonly used box material is coated-paper +grey board or CCNB+ Corrugated paper; the inner tray is usually made of EVA Foam, Paper tray, Plastic, Satin, and Foam.
Confirm Printing Requirements
We need to confirm your color printing requirements. Same as most print manufacturers, we offer exact CMYK and PMS color printing. Our packaging experts will need to confirm the optimal color printing solution with you. (Quick gateway to the color system) Also, if you have a bold and exciting idea for the box design, such as gold stamping/ silver stamping/ spot UV/ debossing, we will make adjustments in a timely manner.
Afterward, we will supply the quotation, please confirm the quotation, and we will start the next process – Designing the die-line artworks.
Design Printing Files
Fortunately, our packaging experts can design clear and understandable custom die-line diagrams in a brief period (Click to know more about Die-line Design). We will precisely mark elements including size, shape, inside and out, cut lines, fold lines, bleeds, etc.
You can place your artwork into the knife pattern drawing when we deliver the knife line drawing. Doubletake care to keep the pattern design outside the bleed lines to help minimize the possibility of any unprinted edges.
We will finish the sample within three days based on the final documents. If you need to confirm the box structure, we suggest printing a free unprinted sample. Otherwise, there will be a low sample cost if you wish to receive a color box.
Eventually, the samples will reach you via FedEx or DHL courier.
Please check your box carefully, including size, material, shape, structure, and color. Your order will be arranged for production. You can keep in touch with our engineers to send you production pictures at regular intervals. Let you rest assured that our qualified engineers will inspect each product.
At last, your goods will be sent to the destination by the shipping method you requested.
