Is Caiye Packaging a custom box manufacturer or a packaging trader?

Caiye Packaging (PackYourBrand) is a custom packaging manufacturer with integrated industry and trade. We have our own factory in Dongguan, China, with an in-house packaging design team, R&D engineering department, after-sales department, and sales team. We are not a trading company.

Where is Caiye Packaging factory located?

Our factory is located in Liao Bu Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. We have been providing custom packaging design and gift box manufacturing services for over 20 years since 2005.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging?

For custom printed or custom structured boxes, we have a MOQ of 1 unit for samples and 500-1000 units for official production orders. We can discuss specific requirements based on your project.

What printing processes and finishes do you offer?

As a custom packaging printing factory, we support most printing processes including debossing, embossing, glossy lamination, gold/silver stamping, matte lamination, UV spot coating, soft-touch lamination, and foil printing. We can handle both offset and digital printing.

Do you use eco-friendly recyclable packaging materials?

Yes. Our paper is produced with environmentally friendly materials, and our inks pass organic testing. We support FSC-certified paper, soy-based inks, and recyclable packaging structures to meet EU PPWR and other environmental regulations.

Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can send you a free white (unprinted) sample to confirm the box structure. You only pay for shipping. For full printed samples with your design, a small sample fee may apply, which is refundable upon placing your bulk order.

What is the production lead time for custom packaging?

Our rush production time for custom gift boxes is 3-7 working days. Standard production time is 10-15 working days after sample approval. Shipping time to EU/US is typically 15-30 days by sea freight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and e-checks. We also support credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and other local payment methods through our payment partners.

Can you customize box inserts and inner trays?

Yes. We have an in-house mold development team that can create custom inserts and trays in various materials including EVA foam, EPE foam, plastic blister, and cardboard. We can match your product dimensions precisely.

Are there any hidden fees for prototypes or molds?

No. There are no hidden fees of any kind. All charges including mold fees, sample fees, and production costs are listed transparently on our quotation. What you see is what you get.
